Buildings Insurance<\/strong><\/p>\n

Each year a new insurance policy is placed on behalf of Leaseholders.
\nThis insurance covers the cost of reinstating the building and your property in the event of an insured incident.<\/p>\n

The insurance policy also provides cover for incidents such as an escape of water which may damage your property.<\/p>\n

Some claims will be subject to an excess payment, this will be stated in the Policy Schedule.<\/p>\n

Your Buildings Insurance is paid as part of your Service Charge.<\/p>\n
