Buildings Insurance
Each year a new insurance policy is placed on behalf of Leaseholders.
This insurance covers the cost of reinstating the building and your property in the event of an insured incident.
The insurance policy also provides cover for incidents such as an escape of water which may damage your property.
Some claims will be subject to an excess payment, this will be stated in the Policy Schedule.
Your Buildings Insurance is paid as part of your Service Charge.
