This insurance covers the cost of reinstating the building and your property in the event of an insured incident.

Who is responsbile for Repairs and Maintenance at The Scene?
If the repair relates to something inside your home then is likely to be your responsbility as a Leaseholder.
If you find a something not working or broken in the communal areas of The Scene then this is the responsbility of the Lessee.
