Scheduled Window Clean
APRIL 2020
The first of the bi-annual external window cleans is to take place in April 2020.
Window cleaning at The Scene includes the resident property windows. Due to the way The Scene was built cleaning the windows from the ground isn’t possible for the whole building.
The window cleaning is done via abseil but to clean some of the windows some access to residents balconies is needed to complete the clean.
You will receive notification of the date of the clean to advise of the contractors at the exterior of the property.
COVID-19 Management
MARCH 2020
In accordance with the current UK Government guidance on COVID-19 management a number of changes to the day-to-day management of The Scene have been introduced.
- Enhanced Cleaning regime, high contact points, such as door handles and lift controls are being cleaned with increased frequency.
- On-site staff have been issued appropriate PPE to help reduce the opportunity for the spread of infection.
- Social distancing is to be adhered to in all interactions.
Measures to follow Government guidance will be issued as they are published as we try to contribute to the management of the current pandemic.
Scheduled Carpet Clean
APRIL 2020
The first of the bi-annual carpet cleans are to take place at Craig House, Grant House and Bergman House.
So residents are aware of the works taking place, prior notice will be issued in the week leading up to the clean.
The cleaning is scheduled at ‘off-peak’ to minimise the inconvenience to residents and ensure the best results.
The second of the annual cleans is scheduled for late September 2020.
